Simon Harris

EMRAD – NHS East Midlands Radiology Consortium

Simon Harris, Senior Project Manager - has worked within the NHS for the past 17 years. Simon’s background has always been within project management and leading transformational change within the health service across Primary Care, Secondary Care, Mental Health and Prison healthcare. He has led on and delivered large service improvement programmes of work with a particular focus on how technology can support the workforce and deliver benefits to the public, patients and service users. He is acutely aware of the importance of bringing people along on the journey as too often technology alone is cited as the main solution. He is currently leading a nationally funded project developing the use of Artificial Intelligence in Breast Screening.
